*Job Summary*Our global retail client headquartered in the Tampa Bay Area is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager specializing in Integration and IT Infrastructure. The role involves managing complex, strategic projects that focus on integrating diverse systems and enhancing IT infrastructure across the organization. These projects often span organizational boundaries, involving high risks, external vendors, and multiple business areas with cross-functional teams. The Senior IT Project Manager will work closely with the Manager of Project Support and other project management teams to guide efforts toward achieving critical infrastructure objectives and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

*Key Responsibilities** *Project Planning & Execution*: Define, plan, track, organize, and manage IT infrastructure and integration projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.* *Integration Leadership*: Drive the integration of various IT systems, ensuring that all components work together seamlessly. Identify and address potential integration challenges early in the project lifecycle.* *Infrastructure Optimization*: Lead initiatives focused on enhancing the organization's IT infrastructure, including network upgrades, server migrations, and cloud integrations.* *Vendor Management*: Manage relationships with external vendors, particularly those providing integration and infrastructure services. Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance to ensure alignment with project goals.* *Stakeholder Communication*: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues. Ensure that expectations are managed and that all parties are aligned on project deliverables.* *Risk & Contingency Planning*: Identify potential risks associated with integration and infrastructure projects, develop contingency plans, and establish trigger events. Work with stakeholders to mitigate risks proactively.* *Technical Oversight*: Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring that all technical decisions are aligned with best practices in IT infrastructure and integration. Address technical obstacles promptly and make informed decisions to ensure project success.* *Resource Management*: Identify and allocate the necessary resources for integration and infrastructure projects, ensuring that teams have the support they need to meet project objectives.* *Quality Assurance*: Oversee the quality of work across all project teams, ensuring that integration and infrastructure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.* *Change Management*: Manage change effectively throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that any modifications to scope, budget, or timeline are communicated clearly and that all necessary adjustments are made.* *Project Closure*: Determine what constitutes successful project closure for all stakeholders. Ensure that all integration and infrastructure projects are closed out successfully, with appropriate documentation and lessons learned shared with the broader team.

*Qualifications** *Experience*: Extensive experience in managing IT integration and infrastructure projects, with a deep understanding of the technical challenges and best practices associated with these types of initiatives.* *Technical Competence*: Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, including knowledge of network systems, server environments, cloud platforms, and integration tools and methodologies.* *Project Management Skills*: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including planning tasks, allocating resources, managing risks and issues, and ensuring quality deliverables.* *Communication Skills*: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to a variety of stakeholders.* *Adaptability*: Ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change in a fast-paced IT environment.* *Negotiation & Conflict Resolution*: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively within project teams and with external vendors.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
