As a highly motivated and experienced BI Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, perform detailed data analysis, and develop and maintain reporting products. Your key responsibilities include refining requirements, analyzing data, and developing reporting and visualizations while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data products delivered. You will also help identify trends, patterns, data gaps, and opportunities for improvement to support strategic initiatives.

Gather, analyze, and validate stakeholders' needs and expectations to ensure that the effort is scoped correctly and that the final reporting requirements meet their business objectives.Data Collection and Preparation:

Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Data Analysis:

Perform thorough analysis to uncover data relationships and data gaps.Reporting and Visualization:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business stakeholders and engage with them throughout the delivery lifecycle while promoting data literacyData Quality Assurance:

Ensure the integrity of data delivered and highlight data quality control needs to the Data Governance Program team.Continuous Improvement:

Identify and participate in opportunities for process improvements and optimization.Technical Documentation:

Document design, methodologies, processes, and development artifacts for future reference and knowledge sharing.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.5 years of experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Experience working in an Agile environmentExperience with statistical analysis and data modeling is a plus.Financial Services/Wealth Management experience a plus.CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
