Data Management AnalystWashington State only3 months contract$31-$36/hrOur client, a large beverage retailer, is looking for a Data Management Analyst for their Distribution Operations team. This role will assist in developing and coordinating business processes to ensure data quality, security, and integrity across systems. This person will analyze existing procedures and processes and coordinate with internal departments, external data management vendors, and strategic business partners to implement changes in systems and processes for a business unit or department.The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in data management and analysis, a strong focus on details, and the ability to work cross-functionally.Data Management Analyst ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop an Excel order form that meets requirements for new store ordering and follows naming conventionsCreate the formulas and macros to automate the order generation from Revit Schedule store orderable items (building out forms with large data sets using Macros)Organize large amounts of data from various sources into the SKU libraryUsing the order form to create orders for the 15-store test to validate the accuracy of the form while troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the formTeach users how to update and maintain the databaseDevelop a sustainment process for the data included in the database; work cross-functionally to set up a processData Management Analyst RequirementsAt least 2 years of data management analysis or Integration system experienceStrong Excel skills (formula, Vlookup, pivot tables, macros preferred)Supply chain experience preferredAbility to create and maintain a databaseAbility to pull information from other programs to transition into ExcelAble to work cross-functionally within a team
