Responsibles for the role:Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS desktops, laptops, and iPads for faculty, staff, and students.Install and customize software to meet user needs, ensuring seamless functionality.Set up and integrate printers, scanners, and peripherals for optimal performance.Support and maintain classroom audio-visual equipment to guarantee smooth operations.Log and resolve technical issues using the help desk system (WebHelpDesk), ensuring efficient follow-up.Manage and track hardware and software inventory with precision.Foster clear and effective communication with end users and tech team members.Collaborate with external vendors to resolve technical challenges.Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Director of Technology.Requirements to apply for the role:

Solid Desktop Support Background: Basic understanding required; extensive experience not necessary.Proficiency in Computer Refresh Processes: Ability to manage and execute system upgrades with a polished, professional demeanor, especially when interacting with clinical staff.Independent and Self-MotivatedApproximately 1 year of experience in PC application troubleshooting and installation.Reliable form of transportation for short-distance travel between multiple locations to support customersVaccination Requirement: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and the flu.Nice to Have Skills

Knowledge on Microsoft stack infrastructure.Certifications That Will Help:

Compensation is based off years of experience and in relation to the job responsibilities listed, our range is between $27-30 hour.
