C2 Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Global C2 Integration Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Command and Control (C2) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to contribute to multiple tactical and operational C2 system operational test programs.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and Deliver Training:
Design and instruct system-specific applications and operational employment academics to large, multi-national audiences.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise:
Offer expertise across joint operations within the Command and Control (C2) domain.
Lead C2 SME Role:
Serve as the Command and Control (C2) Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multiple tactical and operational C2 system operational test programs.
Conduct C2ISR System Testing:
Perform testing, planning, and reporting for Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) systems, including but not limited to the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), Control and Reporting Center (CRC), and Homeland Defense, Distributed.
Create Simulated Training Scenarios:
Develop unique, theater-specific simulated training scenarios tailored to meet customer-specific training requirements.
Prepare Documentation:
Draft correspondence, presentations, graphics, analysis, and other required documentation.
Review and Edit Documents:
Prepare, review, edit, and provide feedback on surveys, analyses, requirements documents, and assessments.
SKILLS REQUIRED:

Tactical C2 Experience:
Former 13B (Air Battle Manager) or 1C5 with tactical C2 experience in E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS), E-8 Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS), Control and Reporting Center, or Air Defense Sector is strongly preferred at the IP/SEFE level. Tactical C2 experience with USMC (CAC2S) or USN (AEGIS or E-2D Hawkeye) is also acceptable.

C2 Applications and Training Tools:
Proficiency in a variety of Command and Control (C2) applications and training tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel Requirements:
Ability and willingness to travel frequently, with occasional trips lasting up to 4 weeks.DESIRED SKILLS:

Certifications:
JICO or AJOC highly desired.
·
TDL Management Tools:
Experience in testing and evaluating a variety of Tactical Data Link (TDL) management tools.
·
Cybersecurity Knowledge:
Familiarity with cybersecurity requirements.
·
Operational Planning:
Experience in operational-level planning.
·
IT System Maintenance:
Ability to learn and apply basic IT system maintenance functions.

Must have current SECRET U.S. DoD Security Clearance
