3-8 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Overall experience of 10 years.Deep knowledge of digital and voice campaign strategy implementation including compliance rules and effective contact channel usageKPI metrics and analytics of campaign effectiveness?3-5 years' experience in a functional lead role implementing campaigns for customer service and/or collections related business processesProficiency in AMP script, SQL, and SSJS.?
