Experience as a lead BSA/ Product Owner.Work closely with EM to ensure delivery of sprint and PI objectives and quality of deliverablesWork closely within POD and other pod BAs to ensure consistency across the program and address ongoing concerns.Help drive program initiatives - ensure priorities and backlog is aligned.Responsible for grooming, refinement, and demo sessions along with POD BSAs.ADO managementMaintain a clean back - Prioritized, aligned appropriately with the program releases, ensure all fields are filled out for reporting and tracking; dependencies linked appropriately and tracked; ready states are accurateRequirements and change managementInternal and External stakeholder management along with pod business POs.Collaborating on cross POD dependencies.Change management, re-prioritization & test support, prod supportUnderstanding of SNOW and updating user ticketsExecution of Scrum and SAFe ceremonies - Scrum master and Product Owner responsibilities.General understanding of microservices, cloud, integrated apps.Standard Qualifications:
ALM tools ExperienceBachelor's, degree in Computer Science or equivalentBusiness solutions experienceCertified Business Analysis Professional or Certification of Competency in Business AnalysisCommunication skillsCustomer Service SkillsExperience working with Agile development processesExperience working with Microsoft VSTS/ADOMicrosoft Office Experience-Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointScrum Master CertificationSQL and SAP Experience
