Join us in lowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin's vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.As part of a diverse and hardworking team of specialists, you will act as the a Technical Project Manager for ground systems located on the Launch Pad, to include the New Glenn Transporter Erector and several test stands. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external design teams and subcontractors to manage and coordinate design deliveries to meet construction requirement. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of design, procurement, fabrication, installation and testing. As a Technical Project Manager, you will coordinate with Architects of Record and Blue engineers as needed for construction execution, design review, design or intent change integration. In this role you will coordinate with subcontractors to maintain all schedule milestones, manage and approve request for information and submittals, review cost estimates and change orders, execute procurements process for unbought scope, and review/disposition non conformances.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!Minimum Qualifications:B.S. degree in Engineering10+ years of relevant experienceExperience with fluid system design (ASME B31.3), hazard classification, design documentation, construction drawings, construction bid solicitation, contractor selection, construction management, field superintendent, permitting, QA/QCCandidate must be able to lift/carry up to fifty pounds.
