Mid-Level to Senior Salesforce Developer

We are building a best-in-class team to provide top notch service to customers, partners, and team members.We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Salesforce Developer with a strong background in integrating phone systems, such as Nice InContact, into Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have experience with Apex programming, deep knowledge of Salesforce customization, and a solid understanding of the technical and licensing aspects of phone system integrations, including virtual dialers and other telephony-related tools.Key Responsibilities:·
Salesforce Development:
Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies.·
Phone System Integration:
Lead the integration of phone systems like Nice InContact into Salesforce, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.·
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance on the integration process, including understanding the licensing limitations, virtual dialers, and other telephony tools.·
Custom Solutions:
Develop custom applications and workflows within Salesforce to support sales, service, and marketing teams.·
Support and Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and integrated phone systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.·
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer service, to understand business needs and implement solutions that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.·
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all customizations, integrations, and processes.RequirementsQualifications:·
Experience:
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on integrating phone systems like Nice InContact.·
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce development tools. Strong understanding of API integrations and telephony technologies.·
Phone System Expertise:
Hands-on experience with integrating phone systems into Salesforce, including knowledge of licensing limitations, virtual dialers, and other related tools.·
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and effectively.·
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.·
Certifications:
