Data Coordinator
Job Summary
Collects, inputs, updates, and maintains accurate data on computer systems and in archives. Prepares, compiles, reviews, and verifies data. Designs and prepares advanced reports and data visualizations. Organizes and manipulates data and stores security and backup data files.Essential Functions
Manage incoming data to the admissions database, Slate, from external sourcesCoordinate with stakeholders across the University and work with outside partners to manage data and implement marketing and recruitment strategiesWork closely with the admissions systems team in managing overall Slate data integrityCreate and manage reports used to review data sources and communicationsSupport new and ongoing communication flows with needed dataCross-train and provide backup to the rest of the Data and Operations teams, especially around busy times of the yearIdentify and resolve PeopleSoft data errors/inconsistencies to maintain data integrity
Physical Effort
