This role requires to work in the Procurement Vendor Management Department and assist with management of the Coupa P2P Platform. Participate in weekly vendor meetings with Coupa and work with the Coupa CAM to assist in the maturity and improvement of the Coupa Platform at Maximus. One needs to communicate with supervisor on complex or sensitive issues and suggests methods to resolve and Perform detailed Spend Reports using Coupa Spend Analytics and Excel.Education and Experience Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Work in the Purchasing Department and assist with purchasing computer hardware, software and associated peripherals for all MAXIMUS locations.- Communicates with supervisor on complex or sensitive issues and suggests methods to resolve- Follow-up on all orders through receipt at final destination.- Process Invoices and forward to accounts payable for payment.- Conduct research for solutions on all Purchase requests to insure what is ordered is what the user has requested.- Insure that all requests have the correct approvals and charge points.- Assist in receiving and shipping of orders.- Assist in recording all purchase orders and insuring they are completed upon receipt of all parts ordered.- File all orders and related invoices (dupes) in logical sequence.- Perform other duties as requested by the management.

Minimum Requirements:- High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years experience.- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
