Job Description

ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences, LLC is seeking an ArcGIS Enterprise Application Specialist

to support our customer on site at the Pentagon (Washington, DC)

Plan and implement specific work tasks for database creation and management, application development, and ongoing maintenance.Identify the appropriate applications for business functions, implement and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise Applications such as Indoors, App Studio, Experience Builder, Field Maps, Mission Manager, Survey 123, Story MapsPlan and design the analytic procedures and methodologies for performing the applications.Troubleshoot performance and accuracy issues with spatial data and applications.Work closely with end users to identify GIS requirements and technical issues.Prepare initial work and level of effort estimates for GIS development activities.Conduct in-house training and track progress on system implementation and application projects.Integrate various information and sources through geo-rectify maps, charts, and other forms of information.Export data in multiple formats and generate reports for various stakeholders.Analyze current business processes and record best-practice solutions.Review current data and GIS processing techniques and update as needed.Author and publish information layers with intuitive fields, scale dependencies, and symbology.Design and support ArcGIS integrations with other business systems.Maintain cybersecurity certifications required for privileged access tokens to support system administration, access, and security.WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Hybrid, WorkLocation: At the Pentagon and other Government facilities within the NCR two days a week.

With telework 1-3 days a week with manager approval. May require additional in office work depending on work requirements.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Database management and administration of system configurations and user licenses.Using geographic data for spatial analysis.Experience implementing and maintaining ArcGIS Enterprise Applications such as Indoors, App Studio,Experience Builder, Field Maps, Mission Manager, Survey 123, Story MapsArcGIS Pro SDK and programing languages to build applications for .NET Framework, Python, andJavaScript.automating processes with programming languagesWorking knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise Explorer, ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, and Administratorclient applications.Working knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise/ ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise Server applications.Working knowledge and understanding of enterprise level database architecture.Working knowledge and understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems and networkfunctionality.Working knowledge and understanding of SQL database and IIS server’s configuration/operation.Working knowledge and understanding of file server operating system and network functionality.Working knowledge and understanding of BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of experience, orAssociate degree andseven (7) years of experience, or nine (9) years of experience required if no college degree.CLEARANCE LEVEL:

The ability to obtain and maintain a

secret

security clearance. (US Citizenship is required to obtain a government security clearance)CERTIFICATIONS:

Required the Esri ArcGIS Pro Professional Certification in the latest version.CompTIA Security+ Certification

This position is offering a pay range of$125,000 to $150,000depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
