Job Summary:

Helm Point Solutions is actively seeking a talented CNO (Computer Network Operations) Analyst/Programmer to join our team. The selected candidate will possess a strong background in computer science and cybersecurity, and will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions to support our customers' mission-critical operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement software solutions for computer network operations.Analyze existing code to identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.Conduct research on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.Integrate software solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless operation and compatibility.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure reliability and accuracy.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs, processes, and procedures.Work closely with other engineering teams, researchers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.Monitor and analyze the performance of software solutions, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.Required Qualifications:

Must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.At least 5 years of relevant experience in computer network operations or a related field.Strong understanding of computer network operations, cybersecurity principles, and best practices.Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.Experience with reverse engineering, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, OSCP).Experience with exploit development and mitigation techniques.Knowledge of advanced persistent threats (APTs) and techniques used by threat actors.Experience working in a highly regulated or secure environment.
