Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

will drive business transformation through the development and implementation of advanced analytics and data insight capabilities. This includes creating dashboards, visualizations, algorithms, machine learning models, and business tools for use across the organization. This role typically works in the office two days each week.This role is a People leader position.A day in the life as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst…Understanding business stakeholders’ objectives, key metrics, and performance measures to provide actionable data and insightsTranslating business requirements into technical specificationsBuilding and maintaining robust reports, dashboards, and metrics for precise business performance insightsCollecting, aggregating, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to drive business performance insights using SQL and visualization tools such as Microstrategy or TableauImplementing and optimizing machine learning models to enhance business decision-makingUtilizing AI platforms to automate and enhance reporting processes and insights generationWhat you’ll bring to the table…Exceptional analytical skills and a passion for data5+ years of SQL experience, with the ability to write complex, highly-optimized queries across large data volumes5+ years of industry experience in report development, data science, business analytics, business intelligence, or comparable data engineering role, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques, and technologyExperience with machine learning algorithms and AI platformsCuriosity and passion for data, visualization, and problem-solvingFamiliarity with Cloud Data Warehouses like GCP/BQ, AWSProficiency in automating recurring reports and driving process improvement using appropriate technologiesProficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Microstrategy, or similar data visualization toolsStrong oral and written communication skillsWe’d love to hear from you if you have…Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
