remote Salesforce Developer
to support a dynamic federal government project. The candidate will be responsible to produce scalable software solutions with a holistic approach. This position will require working with a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.Analytica has been recognized by Inc. for 3 consecutive years as one of the 250 fastest growing business. We offer competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.Responsibilities include:Work with IRS stakeholders to gather requirements, document solution design, configure the Salesforce application, and ensure successful engagement and project go-lives through disciplined project managementParticipate in the full application lifecycle from technical design to development, testing, and deploymentProvide support for deployments of updates for all applicationsProvide dedicated support for incidents to ensure they are addressed properlyDeliver projects in agile methodologiesConduct and participate in detailed design reviews and validate that the design follows the approved architectureConduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices are being followedDeliver knowledge transfer sessions to ramp up new development team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience leading and contributing to design, development, and administration on end-to-end Salesforce (or equivalent platform) projectsKnowledge and experience in integrating Salesforce with other platformsAbility to work well under pressure, some tight deadlines and with ambiguity on some projectsMust be able to obtain and maintain an MBI Public Trust Clearance (Active MBI Clearance is preferred)About ANALYTICA: Analytica is a leading consulting and information technology solutions provider to public sector organizations supporting health, civilian, and national security missions.
