SEI's Compliance Team is seeking a Technology Compliance Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance, the Technology Compliance Officer will be responsible for the oversight of technology-related activities, processes, systems, and data handling ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the business area or jurisdiction.This role is hybrid and requires 3 days per week in office at our Oaks, PA Headquarters.What you will do:Act as the primary point of contact for all FFIEC and regulated subsidiary information technology related regulatory inquiries and exams. Coordinate and manage the examination process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate responses to examiner and auditor requests and inquiries.

Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies related to technology usage within SEI including FFIEC guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices related to technology and cybersecurity compliance. Interpret regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the organization's technology infrastructure and operations.

Conduct risk assessments of SEI's technology systems, processes, and controls to identify areas of non-compliance and potential vulnerabilities. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and enhance overall compliance posture.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, review, oversee and evolve the policies, procedures, and controls related to technology compliance. Ensure alignment with FFIEC requirements and contractual and industry standards.

Support internal and external audit activities related to technology compliance by providing documentation, evidence, and assistance as needed. Oversee the implementation of corrective actions and remediation plans in response to audit findings.

Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to examinations, compliance activities, and audit findings. Provide regular updates to senior management, boards, and stakeholders on compliance status and issues.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with SEI personnel at all levels.

Strong understanding and appreciation of information technology (e.g., application development, cloud, network infrastructure, vulnerability management, cybersecurity, database and server security, access control, etc.);

Familiarity with FFIEC and global regulatory guidelines, regulations, and industry standards related to technology and cybersecurity compliance;

Ability to efficiently assess complex technology systems and identify compliance gaps and risks;

Aptitude to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;

Proven task and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;

Adeptness to identify opportunities for enhancement and manage to completion;

Impactful presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to effect change.
