Job Description:
Main Line Talent Group is seeking an experienced Syteline Manufacturing Consultant to lead the implementation of Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) solutions at a leading manufacturing company in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves analyzing business processes, configuring Syteline ERP with APS capabilities, and providing hands-on support to optimize operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing consulting, specifically with Syteline ERP, and experience with APS functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of Syteline ERP's Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) module at a manufacturing site.Analyze the client's current manufacturing, supply chain, and scheduling processes to identify areas for improvement.Configure and customize Syteline APS to align with business needs and optimize production scheduling.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance.Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on best practices and effective use of APS.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure successful adoption and optimization of APS.Develop detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and project progress.Travel on-site to the manufacturing facility in Minneapolis, MN, for key project phases, meetings, and support as required.Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an ERP consultant, super user, SME, Business Analyst, or similar role.Strong understanding of manufacturing and business processes, particularly in production, inventory management, and supply chain.Experience with ERP implementations, configuration, and optimization.Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Holding an advanced degree or certification in the primary area of study or work (MBA, CPA, PMP, etc) is a plus.Infor Syteline/CloudSuite Industrial experience a plusExcellent problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering practical, actionable solutions.Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work independently.Must be willing to travel to client site 25-50%.
