Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Security Expert to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and ethical use of generative AI systems, protecting sensitive data, and mitigating potential risks associated with AI-generated content.This role requires a deep understanding of both cybersecurity principles and generative AI technologies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
AI Security Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for generative AI systems, LLM in line with OWASP top 10 and NIST security Framework
Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in AI models and infrastructure
Model Security and Integrity:
Ensure the robustness and integrity of AI models against adversarial attacks and data breaches
Implement techniques to protect against model inversion, extraction, and poisoning attacks
Data Protection and Privacy:
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices
Develop methods to anonymize and secure training data used in generative AI models
Ethical AI Practices:
Establish guidelines for the ethical use of generative AI, ensuring fairness, accountability, and transparency
Monitor and address potential biases in AI-generated content
Collaboration and Training:
Work closely with AI researchers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate security best practices into AI development processes
Provide training and awareness programs on AI security for internal teams
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI security and generative AI technologies
Conduct regular security audits and reviews of AI systems and processes
Basic, Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Minimum three years' proven experience in:
AI security, cybersecurity, or related roles
Generative AI technologies (e.g., GANs, transformers) and their potential security risks
Programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
Security tools and techniques for protecting AI models and data
Other Desired Qualifications:
Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AI and data protection
Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or related AI/ML certifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
