SI Support Engineer

• In-depth knowledge of SI/SFG, SSP and Connect:Direct• SFG Support - able to troubleshoot issues related to SI/SFG• Understand file transfer protocols SFTP, FTPS, Connect: Direct SSP and Connect: Direct working knowledge• AWS (optional) - fundamental understanding of AWS, EC2, S3, ELB, NLB
Job Responsibilities:• Support MFT solutions using SI/SFGF• Troubleshoot file transfer failures in SI/SFG administration• Partner setup for FTPS, SFTP, Connect:Direct and Aspera protocols• Production support• File transfer management
