Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health.
USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN (C14)
Responsibilities: Translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to foster a meaningful and intuitive user experience. Lead and facilitate discovery, research, and analysis of data to uncover key user insights and develop strategies for creating effective user experiences. Provide concrete, actionable insights for the business (including OPRF, DTA, Manual TouchPoints, Manual Payments, Client Metrics). Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape the product vision, roadmap, requirements, and plans, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints and platforms. Generate client-specific reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Tableau. Visualization and Reporting with Tableau: Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize data insights effectively for stakeholders. Offer recommendations for enhancements (including design support) throughout the model development lifecycle as necessary. Manage and oversee the execution of daily BoW activities across lines of business and support functions. Evaluate data and insights to establish success metrics and KPIs for user experience. Conduct regular updates with stakeholders. Coordinate with change management efforts. Plan and implement user experience design projects, including scheduling. Qualifications: Industry leader with 10 years in a user experience design environment. Advanced skills in Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design, and Information Architecture; Intermediate ability in adjacent skills such as User Research, UX Writing, and Prototyping. Advocate for Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices. Experience creating and delivering targeted solutions to global business communities. Collaborative attitude and able to work with technology and business partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery. Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work well on cross-functional teams. Extensive hands-on experience with data modeling, database architecture & administration. Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests. Strong and demonstrable experience with Tableau, Python and R as well as back end development tools. Education: Bachelor's degree. Job Family Group:
