About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer to join our team! You'll create engaging and on-brand visuals that resonate with our audience and help drive business goals. This is an opportunity to take ownership of our visual content across various channels and work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

What You'll Do:

Design compelling visual content for web, social media, email campaigns, and print.Collaborate with marketing to develop creative assets that drive low customer acquisition costs (CAC) and high engagementLead creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaigns that align with our brandIterate on designs based on feedback and performance analytics to optimize conversionsMaintain brand consistency across all projects while ensuring designs are fresh and innovativeKeep up with design trends and best practices to keep our content modern and competitiveWho You Are:

You have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in digital content creation for advertisingProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design toolsStrong understanding of digital marketing and how design impacts key metrics like CACAbility to translate marketing objectives into creative strategiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBonus Structure:

Base salary with the potential for additional compensation based on performanceYou will earn a bonus per conversion when your content drives a low CAC and high spendThe more effective your designs are at generating high-converting leads, the higher your potential bonus
