We are currently looking for a

Senior

Property Claim Specialists

to join our

Digital Adjusting Team

(DAT),

to

handle claims throughout North America. The primary location is Phoenix, AZ, where the candidate will be required to work in-office on our hybrid 3/2 schedule.

ResponsibilitiesManage claims conducting virtual inspections, along with utilization of approved vendors to fully assess and adjust property losses.Ensure virtual inspections are completed of properties to include investigating facts, evaluating damages, and writing estimates in CoreLogic/ Mobile Claims.Investigate and adjust both personal and commercial property claims with exposures up to $500,000Effectively evaluate contract language and identify coverage issuesPromptly and appropriately develop the file to provide accurate and timely investigation and loss analysisMaintain an active file diary to more file toward resolutionUtilize digital technology to evaluates damage and scope and estimate virtually via PLNAR and compose estimates in CoreLogic Mobile Claims.Recognize and pursue recoveryAdhere to all statutory and regulatory fair claims practices.Recognize and identify potential fraudulent claims.Effectively control the use, work product, and expenses of outside vendors.Effectively evaluate claim facts and negotiate claim settlements.Be available for on call rotation during weekends and weekdays during times of heavy volumeSupports workload surges and/or Catastrophe Operations as needed to include working overtime during designated CATs.Establish and maintain rapport with business partners including insureds, agents, and underwritersProvide excellent customer service skills to a diverse client base that results in more than satisfied clientsQualifications

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external customers.Successfully contribute to the development and delivery of the team's goals, objectives, and results. Full knowledge of personal insurance contracts, investigation techniques, legal requirements, and insurance regulations a plus. Demonstrated ability to learn commercial property contractsAbility to work effectively with a wide variety of people.An aptitude for evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting information.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work well in teams.Innovative thinker with ability to multi-task.Strong customer service skills.Very comfortable working with computers including taking notes while on the phone while toggling between different computer programs.A 4-Year college degree or appx. 10-year equivalent property claims handling experience is required.Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years handling property claims in a field environment, conducting inspections, developing scope, addressing coverage, and writing estimates. Equivalent desk estimate writing, and virtual scoping experience will be considered.2 years of Xactimate, CoreLogic or similar estimating experience requiredMust have the ability to secure the Property and Casualty Adjusters license within 6 months of employment
