This role requires deep technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex issues with desktop computers, end-user devices, and networks, prior to involving system engineers.Device Imaging, Deployment & Configuration Management:

A key responsibility is managing device imaging, deployment, and automation of configuration for agency systems, including account management, software installations, and endpoint security.Customer Service & Technical Support:

Exceptional customer service skills are crucial for providing internal help desk support, guiding staff, and ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
