In-depth knowledge on Hardware Troubleshooting of Laptop, MacBook Desktop and Printer.Configuring and maintaining of Client Secure Printer ServiceInstallation/replacement of printer toner, drums or any other customer serviceable parts Windows platform OS and application related knowledge.Management of IOS and Android mobility devices.Supporting Audio & Video Conferencing devices.Maintaining Conference room equipmentSupport to ELT team membersOrder new and replacement equipment as neededBe present in the office when ELT members, office meetings, Town Halls, monthly ALC MeetingsMaintain Inventory of onsite resources (laptop, desktop, network devices and any accessories)Support Patching of end user devices and IT equipment at the local site
