Network Engineer - Hybrid (Indianapolis, IN)
Salary: $80-100K based on experience
Summary: Manage and optimize network operations to ensure constant availability and performance.
Responsibilities:* Oversee company's network (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN) design and maintenance.* Document network configurations; assess and improve performance.* Collaborate on network security and compliance; lead troubleshooting efforts.* Manage network projects and upgrades; provide emergency support.* Mentor junior staff and manage additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:* Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Technology or related experience.* 3+ years in network operations; Cisco, Palo Alto, and VoIP experience preferred.* CCNA required, CCNP preferred.* Expertise in TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, ACLs, QoS, MPLS, and network resilience.* Ability to multitask and guide team members through complex issues.
