Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages software team including quarterly planning, task prioritization and leading daily standupsAdministers and supports the maintenance and development of software systemsBriefs the customer on status of software systems to include vulnerability assessment, development progress and bug fix statusPerforms tests on all software systems including updating/creating test documentation, troubleshooting software issues and validating resultsTravels on two trips per year for installations (average one week per trip)Requirements

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information SystemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal2+ years documentation experience writing Test Plans and Test ReportsCompTIA Security+ certification or higher requiredDESIRED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Windows 10 experience including registry/group policy editing, administrative controls, services and task managementSoftware development experience. Preferably experience with Powershell/batch scripting, Python and Java, but general development experience involving scripting and/or object oriented programming is sufficientExperience with Atlassian suite of tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket/GitFamiliarity with the Kanban or Agile development processesFamiliarity with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)Understanding of the Public Key Infrastructure certification process including certificate installation and Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs)Knowledge of Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols, specifically TLS v1.2/1.3 and the associated cipher suites. Also desirable is experience testing TCP communication with packet capture softwareUnderstanding of Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) and experience configuringSupervisory experience leading a team
