Latcha's Marketing Intelligence organization comprises several key roles:

Campaign Planners:

They shape the success of current and future campaigns by identifying opportunities, conducting competitive research, and developing audience, channel, and creative strategies.Insights Analysts:

In this role, you will analyze data, generate valuable insights, and provide recommendations to help clients make informed business decisions.Analytics Enablement Specialists:

They design requirements for PowerBI dashboards and visualizations and establish best practices for analytic tagging and ensure the accuracy of tagging and reporting deliverables.Data Science:

This team focuses on predictive modeling, including machine learning, natural language processing, and personalization.About the Role

As the Junior Insights Analyst, you'll collaborate with our more senior Insights Analysts and Enablement Specialists. Your responsibilities will include reporting, validation, analysis, and optimization of our client's marketing initiatives. Dive into reports and dashboards, providing essential support for analyses aligned with the goals of our respective business unit clients (sales or service).

Responsibilities

As a Junior Insights Analyst, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:

Strategic Leadership:

o Proactively identify issues and escalate them when necessary.

o Champion data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address custom business challenges related to reporting and tracking projects.

2. Partnership

o Work closely with both internal onshore/offshore teams and client analytics and data teams.

o Support Enablement in implementing digital tagging/tracking specifications for digital content across marketing touchpoints.

o Collaborate with internal Marketing Intelligence team members to identify reporting opportunities.

o Support Marketing Intelligence team leads across Planning, Reporting, and Insights.

3. Key Analyses and Deliverables:

o Assist in the analysis of cross-channel marketing programs including weekly/monthly updates, yearly summaries, and ad hoc requests.

o Review standard reports and dashboards, generating meaningful results and actionable recommendations.

o Support Enablement in creating mock-up visualizations, writing reporting requirements, and validating the accuracy of implemented reports before they go live.

Basic Qualifications

• Data Visualization Experience:

o Utilize your knowledge in data visualization to create compelling and actionable visual representations of complex data.

• Deep Understanding of KPI's:

o Understand the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in digital, cross-channel, and CRM marketing.

• Analytical Skills:

o Be a detail-oriented, creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Interpret data to deliver meaningful recommendations.

• Effective Communication:

o Clearly and concisely communicate analytics findings and recommendations.

• Educational Background:

o Hold a bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.

• Work Experience:

o Have 0-1 years of experience working in Digital Analytics, with preferred experience in Media or CRM Marketing.

Desired Skills

• Industry Expertise:

o Familiarity with the Automotive, CRM, and/or Media sectors.

o Understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

• Tool Proficiency:

o Familiarity with data analytics and data visualization tools.

o Experience with PowerBI is a plus.

• Quick Learning:

o Aptitude for rapidly grasping complex business operational concepts.

o Adaptability to changing environments and emerging trends.
