The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing qualitative data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to guide policy development and implementation. Collaborating closely with Community Policy Leads, Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role is essential for translating complex data into strategic decisions.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze qualitative data sets to measure the impact of community policies.Track and report on trends related to Community Policy issues, identifying emerging risks.Collaborate with Community Policy Leads and Managers to translate data insights into actionable policy improvements.Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate findings and influence policy revisions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of policy research methodologies and practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in qualitative analysis and research.Strong capability in data interpretation and trend analysis.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
