Air Export Agent
to join their expanding team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with key stakeholders and clients in the realm of air transportation coordination.
Air Export Agent
Responsibilities:
Prepare and oversee all essential export documentationArrange and schedule air shipments with carriers, ensuring prompt and cost-efficient transportation of goodsServe as the primary contact point for clients via email and phone communicationsMonitor and trace shipments throughout the entire export procedureRegularly update clients and internal stakeholders on shipment progressMaintain precise and current records of all export activities, utilizing logistics software and systems for streamlined data managementProactively identify and address any issues or delays encountered during the export processCollaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to devise effective solutions
Air Export Agent Requirements:
Previous logistics experience is preferred but entry-level candidates are welcomed!Keen attention to detail complemented by excellent communication abilities
