Sr. Data Analyst in BA domainLocation: Tampa FL (Onsite)Duration: Fulltime/Permanent
Looking for Data analysts with wealth management or personal banking experience .
Responsibilities:
Define business, financial, and operations' requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end usersIdentify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actionsAnalyse business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, data mappings, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gapsGenerate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issuesProvide advice and counsel related to technology or operations of the business, ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standardsFilter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assignedAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Banking, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of overall experience and 3-6 years of experience in business analysis or system analysisExperience in wealth domain is good to have.Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniquesProven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skillsConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communicationShould be well-versed in Agile - User Story Mapping, Backlog Prioritization and Management and Jira.Should have exposure to writing SQL queries for data analysis.Exposure to data mapping and data migration projects is required.Any exposure to no SQL databases is good to have.Exposure to Confluence tool is good to have.
