Northrop Grumman Space Systems-Launch and Missile Defense Systems has an exciting career opportunity for a Sr. Principal Project Management-C2BMC Watch Officer (CWO) (24-050) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. Position Overview:

The C2BMC Watch Officer (CWO) will report to the C2BMC Command Center (CCC) Operations Lead and is responsible for day-to-day oversight and guidance of 125+ personnel (24x7 crew filling CCC crew positions and globally dispersed assets) based on overarching direction/guidance and objectives. The CWO oversees and manages all C2BMC operations, including monitoring and reporting on the health and status of the global C2BMC enterprise. The CWO also oversees C2BMC Operations and maintenance (O&M), network monitoring, and network defense of the C2BMC mission systems and makes day-to-day decisions on the operations floor to ensure the availability, quality, and security of services vital to C2BMC mission systems operations, command, and control (C2), and information sharing. Essential Functions:

Experienced in Project Management, Planning, and Resource Management. Experience with leading personnel in operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking. Knowledge of enterprise networks, systems, and cyber defense capabilities and management. Effective communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to brief technical system and network issues and overall system reports to program management and customer leadership on complex issues. Strong leadership skills, presentation, and speaking skills. Sound knowledge and practical experience to direct the assessment and development of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and Operating Instructions (OIs) to effectively administer, operate, and manage services under C2BMC operational control. Responsible for the accuracy of all reports, keeping leadership informed, recommending courses of action, and maintaining the current status of all systems at all times. The CWO maintains operations floor integrity and ensures crew members are appropriately trained, certified, and able to perform all assigned missions. The CWO also ensures shifts are properly manned and conducts thorough changeover briefs. The position requires 24x7 shift work. The candidate will be assigned a rotating 12-hour shift, determined by mission requirements. Some substitute rotation during off-shifts, including nights and weekends, will be required. Basic Qualifications:

An active Secret clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. 10 years with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 14 years experience in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance is highly desired. Experience liaising with other DoD Agencies and associated Missile Defense Systems operations/organizations. Experience with the U.S. Space Force, USSTRATCOM, or working within the space domain. What We Can Offer You:

$99,900 - $149,900 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
