Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Provide support to the Real Estate Property Managers in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial properties including operations and as problem-solver regarding property/tenant issues for The Buncher Company owned property.
Based on tenant received maintenance requests, and assignments ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and lease obligations and standards
Performs routine property inspections of occupied and vacant properties to ensure cleanliness, security and overall appearance including parking lots and surrounding areas. Recommends repairs and/or maintenance as necessary
On a regular basis meets and conducts on-site inspections with the janitorial contractor to ensure cleaning specs and expectations are maintained
Meet with contracted exterminator as required to obtain actions plans to eliminate issues. Coordinate these activities with the tenant
Escorts contractors while entering occupied tenant space and coordinate activities. Provides the tenants with information as requested
Assist with the management and coordination of the activities of on-site security contractors
Assist with the oversight of the snow removal, landscaping, and other related services as requested by the Property Manager. Completes purchase order process as necessary when ordering services and materials/supplies
Respond to all building emergencies and provide support to responding agencies. Prepare and provide support documentation to The Buncher Company
Provide 24/7 on call support during off hours and weekends
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Commercial Property Management industry Some accounting knowledge and skills Good organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Strong verbal and written communication skills Ambition and desire to learn and grow a career in the property management industry
