The nCino Systems Architect oversees and provides support to lending departments related to the development lifecycle of the nCino loan operating system, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Directs software architecture for nCino LOS to oversee the development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.

2. Supports the lending department to determine business requirements for unit needs based on nCino feature options. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.

3. Acts as the subject matter expert on Salesforce & nCino development. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.

4. Provides consulting on best practices for development of custom Salesforce code web services, integrations, lightning components, custom UI and other features. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.

5. Consults on solutions and story point development to meet business requirements for enhancements and projects. This duty is performed weekly, about 5% of the time.

6. Provides assistance in the design, documentation, build, testing, and deployment of enhancements to nCino, including but not limited to custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, and complex dashboards as needed by end users. This duty is performed weekly, about 5% of the time.

7. Provides assessments and recommendations to simplify and streamline nCino use based on current methods. This duty is performed monthly, about 5% of the time.

8. Ability to bring alignment among large, diverse, and often competing stakeholder groups to reach successful outcomes in nCino development. This duty is performed monthly, about 5% of the time.

9. Provides feedback to the nCino Functional Steering Committee to ensure the bank continues to build, review, test, train, deploy enhancements in sprints that improve the LOS. This duty is performed monthly, about 5% of the time.

10. Helps establish and maintain backlog grooming cadence for successful sprint implementation. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.

11. Supports and maintain processes, features and functionality to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity of the LOS. This duty is performed monthly, about 5% of the time.

12. Proactively identifies and addresses any potential risks or issues with the nCino platform. This duty is performed as needed.

13. Resolves questions and issues related to creating business requirements for a specific need with research, demos, etc. This duty is performed as needed.

14. Works with key business stakeholders and IT to ensure successful product roll outs and releases in step with spring planning. This duty is performed monthly, about 5% of the time.

15. Completes reviews to provide options to optimize and improve the nCino platform and to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency for both customers and employees. This duty is performed monthly, about 5% of the time.

16. Provides integration support and work with nCino to when new software connections are required. This duty is performed as needed.

17. Provides on-going training and support for nCino core team on gold standard(s), new features, and best practices. This duty is performed as needed.

18. Analyzes data and generate reports to track the performance of the nCino platform and make recommendations for improvement to the nCino Functional Steering Committee. This duty is performed monthly, about 5% of the time.

19. Acts as a liaison between the bank and nCino, communicating any necessary updates or changes. This duty is performed annually, about 5% of the time.

20. Prov des assistance as vendor owner of nCino, supervises contracts, point of contact, liaison. This duty is performed annually, about 5% of the time.

21. Prioritizes and ensures required deadlines for system success are met timely and efficiently. This duty is performed annually, about 5% of the time.

22. Maintains a professional demeanor, self-discipline, initiative, judgment and confidentiality. This duty is performed monthly, about 5% of the time.

23. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. This duty is performed daily.

24. Complete BSA/AML training and other compliance training as necessary. This duty is performed quarterly.

25. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
