This is a remote position but ideally the candidate would reside within 1.5 hours of Hackensack NJ.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and represent clients in a variety of Family Law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and related cases.
Utilize your 5 years of Family Law experience to provide exceptional legal counsel, develop case strategies, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with our esteemed team of attorneys to uphold our commitment to excellence in Family Law.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court as necessary.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active New Jersey State Bar membership.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Family Law.
Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients in Family Law cases.
Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining the highest professional standards.
A passion for Family Law and a dedication to providing compassionate, personalized service to clients.
Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with your experience and skills (ranging from $120,000-$170,000). In addition to a competitive base salary, we provide opportunities for professional growth within the firm.
