Job DescriptionAs a CRM Manager, you will take ownership of all related aspects of the user lifecycle management and retention marketing to ensure the continuous growth of the online business. You'll design evergreen automated campaigns, user journeys, ad hoc promotions, and develop optimization and testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will leverage analysis and segmentation to custom tailor our offering.Co-establish CRM program strategy, target identification, promotion planning and touchpoint timing to maximize KPIs to conversion and loyaltyManage the CRM strategy and flawless execution of conversion, retention, up-selling and reactivation programs and tactics across email, push and retail to online to achieve specific KPI objectives while maintaining a cohesive customer experienceOversee end to end aspects of user journey strategy, including bonus configurations, marketing communications, creative, analysis, and reportingProactively provide and maintain weekly insights on the CRM performance against objectives and make effective tactical recommendations moving forwardLeverage our existing email database and capabilities to support our growth strategy across different jurisdictionsDevelop an excellent relationship with internal and external peers to ensure campaign deliverabilityEnsure compliance with all regulations and legislation, ensuring that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectivelyPerforms all other duties as assigned.

If permitted to work a Hybrid schedule you will be required to work 3 days in the Bensalem office (unless another location is identified and permitted) and 2 days from home. Hybrid schedules are a privilege and based on your position and work performance.

Experience and SkillsBachelor's Degree2+ years experience in a CRM, email marketing, and retention role for a B2C brandExcellent organizational, planning and communicative skillsExperience in online gaming is an advantageData-oriented and marketing skills, highly fluent with Microsoft ExcelFamiliar with 3rd party back-end systems such as reporting tools, Emails platforms, Optimove, CMS, PushwooshPrevious experience with HTML coding is an advantageHigh level of marketing writing skills is a must for this role, excellent communicator across all channels: emails, push notifications and webNeed to obtain a PA and/or NJ iGaming gaming licenseAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
