Overview:
BerryDunn is seeking an
ERP Implementation Project Manager
to join our Consulting Team. You will serve as our clients Project Manager working with client and vendor teams as they implement enterprise software. This position is planned to sit remotely servicing our client in Missouri. You will report to senior leaders in the Local Government Practice Group.
You will bring a mix of demonstrated project management capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership capabilities, effective written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to travel. Your experience in one or more of the following areas: local government business processes, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, implementation project management or business process analysis and local government will make you a trusted advisor to our local government clients. Experience with organizational change management is a plus. Travel Expectations:
Regular in-person presence at our client site in Jefferson City is needed. Up to 50% travel to client sites is anticipated for future projects. You Will: Lead and support the delivery of services to clients on time, within scope, and within budget, including assigning and managing staff and creating work product Navigate and document decision making processes on behalf of our clients within the projects established governance structure Coordinate task assignments to internal and client teams based on alignment to project plan Communicate project and delivery status to our clients, team members, and other stakeholders, including the facilitation of client meetings Participate in marketing and business development activities, these may include: writing blog posts, attending industry conferences and participating in industry groups, leading/participating in prospective client business development meetings, reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and developing responses to RFPs in collaboration with our proposal writing team You Have:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Computer Sciences, Public Administration or related field Project Manager certification through Project Management Institute (PMI or CAPM) preferred 5 or more years experience working with federal, state, local government or regulated industry 5 or more year's experience in one or more of the following areas: enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, implementation project management, business process analysis or government accounting Consulting experience in a national or regional consulting firm on assignments with public sector clients, relevant independent consulting experience, or prior employment with a software vendor in requirements gathering and software testing Knowledge of quality assurance/control procedures and demonstrated proactive problem management skills
Compensation Details: The base salary range targeted for this role is $95,000-125,000. This salary range represents BerryDunns good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
