Job Description
Ensures each dormitory delivers quality services to maintain a 3% Worker To Resident ratio.
Ensures Recreation/Leisure Learning delivers quality services to students to meet established goals.
Ensures level one and two offenses in dorms and recreation areas maintain a goal of 10%.
Provides for a reduction of serious incidents during evening program hours.
Increases the number of students involved in Recreation/Leisure Learning and Leisure Time Employment.
Increases opportunities by 10% for students to lead project-based teams during event hours.
Conducts analysis of all relevant documents to determine whether dorms and teams are meeting goals.
Analyzes data to identify problems and resolves them.
Institutes and submits corrective actions for improvement in quality service in all areas.
Ensures that all equipment assigned to departments is properly accounted for and maintained in good condition.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field.
Four years of related experience.
At least two years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
