Full-time, permanent with benefits5% Bonus OpportunityPosition Summary:The candidate must be a U.S. citizen holding a Top Secret Clearance with full scope polygraph. This is an onsite role at the customer location in Fairfax, VA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.Key Responsibilities:Develop testing strategies and plans with clients and partners.Implement and test architecture designs for global deployments.Provide technical guidance and support for the customer's voice network operations.Manage and maintain voice call flow traffic and telecommunication platforms.Oversee the migration of call flows and manage administrative tasks.Produce and maintain documentation for communication management.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or an applied Science.Certification by American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) in Microbiology.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Microbiology Lab.Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical lab.Must-Haves:Top Secret Clearance with full scope polygraph.Located within a commutable distance from Fairfax, VA (no hybrid work schedule available).Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the related field.Experience with client CM implementation and service-related work.Strong technical knowledge and experience with the client's product portfolio.
