We are seeking a talented
Business Systems Analyst
with strong hands-on experience in MS Dynamics configuration to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing and configuring MS Dynamics solutions to meet the needs of business units. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise and ensure that MS Dynamics implementations align with our client's business goals and processes.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements for MS Dynamics solutionsPerform hands-on configuration of MS Dynamics, including entity creation, form customization, workflow automation and report generationAnalyze existing systems and processes to recommend improvements and develop detailed design specificationsDevelop and execute test plans to ensure MS Dynamics solutions meet requirements and function as expectedProvide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of MS Dynamics solutionsCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes and proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Dynamics configuration and functionalityStay up-to-date with MS Dynamics updates and best practices to recommend and implement improvements

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on MS Dynamics configuration experience (preferably MS Dynamics 365)Strong understanding of MS Dynamics modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field ServiceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirementsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience managing projects or workstreams related to MS Dynamics implementations or enhancementsRelevant MS Dynamics certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) are a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
