Additionally, the HRIS Analyst will manage and maintain accurate HR data through regular auditing, ensure the operational integrity of the HRIS system, and support data entry processes. This role will also be responsible for maintaining and updating existing reports for various end users and troubleshooting any system issues as they arise.

Work Requirements

This position will be a part of the Keolis North America office in Boston on a hybrid basis. The HRIS Analyst can live in the Boston areaAbility to travel up to 10% regionally throughout the continental USKnowledge and Experience:

2-4 years of HR systems experienceWorking experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar roleExperience with multi-tasking and working within complex organization matrixSelf-motivated and highly analytical, with a keen attention to detail and a strong aptitude for working with numbers.Hands-on experience with databases and HR softwareStrong Excel experience (i.e., pivot tables, V-lookup)Preferred:

Experience in HR Systems implementations and maintenanceExperience in company acquisitions, building integrations between systems, building processes, training users on new systems/processes, and an understanding of project management and change management processKnowledge of case management systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience working with transportation

Cross-functional collaborator with proven ability to establish personally earned authority at all levels of the organization and leverage networks and an overall great team playerStrong understanding or aptitude to understand HR Systems, integrations, Reporting and MetricsStrong understanding of project management processes to maintain system integrity, including the ability to independently research and resolve issues using resources such as UKG's customer support and internal teams.Understanding or aptitude to understand all Centers of Excellence in HR - Recruiting, On-Boarding, HRIS, Benefits, Comp, Goal Setting, Learning, etc.Exceptional customer service focus with a strong bias for actionStrong problem-solving capabilities and ability to drive actionStrong ability to work with their customers and prioritize issues based on need and urgencyHigh data analysis capability and ability to use data to solve problemsKey Accountabilities:

Supporting with file integration between the business/vendors/HRISAuditing HR processes and documents, including payroll administration, staff turnover, hiring, and termination of service, when requiredDeveloping and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR managementOptimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic testsCollaborating with HR managers and other stakeholders to gather data requirements, as neededAnalyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issuesBusiness Processes

Manage mass data uploadsPropose HRIS design, application, and processes based on functional requirements from the Centers of ExcellenceReporting/Data Requests

Support with report creation as requested/neededRespond to routine HRIS inquiries from executives, local HR managers and internal partnersManage all data report requests from external and internal vendors; Enlist assistance for complex reports and projectsProceed with data mining to analyze and present quantitative data using HRIS to measure results against goalsSolutions maintenance and development

Able to perform root cause analysis and propose HRIS design improvements, policies, and procedures with support of the HCM ManagerTest HRIS application development against HR and business requirementsDefine, document, and upgrade HRIS application system processes and systems to comply with changes in working condition and regulationsUpdate, maintain, create non-employee specific data value tablesSupport HCM Manager with ongoing system maintenance, installing upgrades and administering security/access protocols in partnership with the Keolis IT TeamAdditional Statements:
