The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in the Northeast region, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain relationships with clients.Manage perishable food broker network within the region. Communicate and drive objectives with broker network.Attend trade/food shows with a plan to grow business. Explore all opportunities for incremental distribution.Demand Planning: Establish goals, plan, and execute them.Communication with customers and brokers to maintain world class service.Work with Accounting and Brokers to manage account finances to include deductions.Communicate effectively with other members of the team.

Qualifications:Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skillsExperience in setting and achieving sales targetsExperience in the food industry or consumer perishable goods sector is a plus Strong negotiation and communication skillsExperience with Syndicated Data analysis and the ability to analyze and develop sales stories7 to 10 years of sales experienceProven track record of successful sales performanceExcellent organizational and time management skillsCPG broker management backgroundExperienced Sales with accounts within the Northeast - Virginia to Maine & west to Cleavland.Bachelor's degreeSkilled in all Microsoft Office and Outlook.Travel required - up to 50% per week
