Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their business needs and data challenges. Provide expert advice on data visualization strategies and best practices.Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to client requirements. Ensure that visualizations are both user-friendly and insightful.Gather and document business requirements from clients. Translate these requirements into technical specifications and actionable dashboard features.Test and validate Tableau dashboards to ensure they meet client expectations and are free from errors. Implement feedback and make iterative improvements.Contribute to designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business intelligence (BI) applications and tools.Requirements
3+ years of experience using BI tools (Tableau preferred)/SQL to develop reports3+ years of experience in graphical data representation using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, or Power BIExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate effective client interactions.Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment; work in our Indianapolis office or at the client location three days per weekMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust not require visa sponsorshipBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experiencePreferred Qualifications
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandAbility to collaborate with people from different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.Client-facing consulting experienceStrong SQL programming skillsCertifications related to Tableau (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Professional)
