WHAT WE DO:We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.DTI is responding to an RFP for Information Technology ( "IT") Staff Augmentation and IT Services for Fairfax County, Virginia. 1.2. Fairfax County Government ( "FCG") and Fairfax County Public Schools ( "FCPS").

DescriptionMinimum/General Experience: Experience and training in desktop and laptop troubleshooting (Client). Additional experience working with and troubleshooting peripheral devices. Minimum two years' experience. Formal specialized training may be substituted based on one month's training for one month's experience. Dell Latitude laptops, Client desktops and laptops (subject to change) and A+ certifications required.
Functional Responsibility:Performs on-site or shop based (stationary) computer troubleshooting and problem resolution, Computer assembly, hardware repair, basic networking, operating system and application software installation and troubleshooting.Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
