Job Description - Overview

We are currently looking for a bright, talented, and motivated individual to fill an administrative position in our
Recruiting Department.
This is a Full-Time, non-exempt position within the corporate offices Oklahoma City.
Starting wage - $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
Responsibilities include:
Communicating with individual across the company via email and phoneData entry and processingManaging electronic and paper filesProcessing and distributing informationOthers assignments as neededJob Description - Requirements
Ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to prioritize tasks, adapt and maintain efficiencyAbility to use office equipment such as printer/copier/multi-line phonesExcellent oral and written communication skillsHave a customer service mentalityMicrosoft Office experience with the following programs:
