Operations Associate

SNI Financial has partnered with a prestigious DFW investment firm in search of a Middle Office Operations Associate to join its growing team. Our client offers room for growth, as the firm continues to expand its DFW operations. This highly visible role will report directly to the VP of Operations and be responsible for trade settlements, corporate actions, as well as asset set up functions. The firm offers an attractive hybrid schedule (very flexible!), generous PTO and benefits, and extremely competitive bonuses for high performers. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with an investment manager with at least 3 years of experience in middle office operations as well as a degree in finance or accounting.
