This role will support the Global Sales Compensation (GSC) team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. They must be willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done while insisting on the highest standards. They must maintain a high level of ownership and accountability and deliver best-in-class support.

Key job responsibilities

Run large initiatives to improve accuracy, timeliness, and speed with limited guidance.Be adept in working cross-functionally with tech teams, stakeholders, customers, and leadership.Own the end-to-end product launch process from writing a PR FAQ, BRD, test plans, customer engagement, UAT, and project updates to interested stakeholders.Be a team player and independently drive solutions to improve data.Conduct detailed UAT to support project launches to enhance datasets.Answer critical customer questions on sales compensation data by diving into detailed data and leveraging SQL, big data skills, and business insight.Troubleshoot operational data-quality issues.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.Experience as a product manager/owner and experience in end-to-end product delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.Experience with on-prem to cloud migration.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
