Oracle OTM Consultant

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.7 years of IT experience.Overall experience of 6+ years with 2 complete end-to-end implementations of cloud.Must have at least 2 to 3 OTM implementations/rollouts and support experience.Experience in configuration of agent workflow, screen sets configurations, menu management, user profile creation, XML profiles, and other OTM Technical aspects.Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and report development will be an added advantage.Strong functional experience and requirement gathering skills.Good understanding and experience in implementing OTM functionality, particularly in the areas of Order Management, Planning and Execution, and Freight Settlement.Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience with OTM customer onboarding.Experience with EDI is a plus.Experience in production support on-premises on OTM cloud.Knowledgeable of Java Spring Boot technology is ideal.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, namely technical, business, and management teams.Experience managing a team size of 4-5 would be a plus.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
