was strategically established, initially in 2016 in Warsaw, Poland, and subsequently extended to Manila, Philippines in 2021 and Mexico City in 2023. This deliberate expansion enables us to efficiently connect with clients spanning EMEA, APAC, and NA. Within the ADC, our Business Consultants collaborate closely with market units, focusing on business functionality and solution workflows. Their expertise ensures the customized configuration and seamless deployment of SimCorp Dimension for our valued customers.Why this role is important to usWe are now looking for a

Manager to work within our ADC Accounting & Operations team (IBOR sub-team), in Warsaw branch . In this multifaceted role, you will primarily lead a team of approximately 30 consultants across three locations: Warsaw, Manila, and Mexico City.As a leader, you will impart knowledge, inspire, mentor, and coach your team members to reach their key goals, objectives, and deliverables. The remaining time (30-50%) is spent on tasks relating to the Consultant role on the projects. You will take part in delivery of

SimCorp Dimension , including configuration, testing, documentation and giving trainings. You will act as a consultant for our customers and effectively handle, coordinate, and escalate issues as needed.You will collaborate closely with other Leaders within ADC and operate under the guidance of the Senior Manager of the ADC Accounting & Operations team.Your scope as a ManagerEnsure that IBOR consultants have a solid understanding of performance requirements.Ensure optimal planning and allocation of resources on the ADC projects.Provide mentoring and direction to team members, ensure to provide feedback frequently and oversee their development, based on regular 1:1s, team meetings and periodical reviews.Monitor and improve work procedures and processes to increase efficiency and quality, in line with SimCorp overall strategy.Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees in co-operation with HR.Provide input for organizational structure, job requirements and headcount for the area of responsibility.Available to be in the Warsaw office in the frequency specified in the company's regulations.Your scope as a ConsultantContribute to the successful delivery of SimCorp Dimension (IBOR modules) within a client’s environment.Participate in all aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations, including configuration, testing, documenting and training.Document client’s requirements and map to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, identifying process improvements and efficiencies where possible.Design and deliver an overall solution set to meet client requirements, modelling operational workflows around SimCorp Dimension.Delivering and customizing standard configuration solutions as well as designing and delivering new configurations.Assist the client in development of overall test strategy and test plans and support the client in the execution of test cases, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.Provide configuration and end-user training, allowing the client to maintain SimCorp Dimension and optimize its usage.What we valueDegree / master's within Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science or Engineering.Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Financial Sector, preferably in FinTech or IT Consulting company.Knowledge of financial instruments and capital market or investments lifecycle topics (trading, settlements, SWIFT, reconciliation).Understanding of

IBOR processing workflows .Previous experience of working as a Team Leader/Manager

in the multinational context.Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience

to effectively manage various stakeholders across SimCorp/client’s organization.Hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension

will be a huge asset.Comprehensive communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills with cross-culture understanding across multiple geographical locations.High level understanding of IT project lifecycle.High level understanding of requirements gathering sessions.Experience with GAP analysis and new solution design.Skills in foreseeing client system requirements and assisting in the preparation of future tailored proposals.High-quality communication skills, especially in virtual collaboration.High level of motivation, creativity, and inquisitiveness with a global perspective.A focused approach, coupled with enthusiasm and the ability to work independently.Fluency in English, any other languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Nordics) would be an asset.Technical IT knowledge and/or experience (e.g., SQL, XML, XSLT, programming) would be an additional asset.BenefitsFlexible working hours.Hybrid
