JOB TITLE: Driver - Non CDL
STATUS: Non-exempt
DEPARTMENT: Delivery
REPORT TO: Warehouse Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
Deliver and merchandise products to customers on the assigned route in a timely and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Deliver product to retail accountsMerchandise product on shelves and in coolersPick up all empty containers, including kegs and bad product, and credit customers for the same.Collect and organize all delivered invoices to be turned in to the officeMaintain fluid levels in Company vehicles and proper care of the vehicles (daily cleaning)Maintain a clean and orderly vehicleCommunicate problems, issues, and opportunities to the internal customer service teamConsistently maintain personal behavior that meets the core values and standards of the company to include: integrity, professionalism, hard work, commitment, and teamwork.

Must attend all regularly scheduled meetingsResponsible for all company property in your possession, including cash, company vehicles, computer, Nextel, and hand truck.Responsible for making deliveries to accounts within a specified period of time.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS:
Moderate mental and visual attention required for performing manual work, machine operation, set-up, inspection, and adjustments that require frequent decisions to detect and adjust for variance from proper operation. AND/OR Operate mobile equipment in congested areas or involving considerable variety of movement.
Position Requirements
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to ascend and descend stairs and traverse small spaces, remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, move about to access materials and equipment to perform job duties, operate basic tools, communicate with customers and co-workers, and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Environmental Conditions
May be subject to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including vibration and noise.
