As UA's Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for verifying and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble boxes with foam sets.Receive regular package deliveries.Distribute company packages/mail.Put away shipping supplies.Receive "MK" purchase orders.Remove trash from floor area.Pack single unit orders.Competency

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED.Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.Prior shipping and receiving experience a plus.Forklift certification/experience a plus.Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers, and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Computer Skills

Individual should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
